Courtesy-bus dispatch for a major regional club

Members book pickups online; staff dispatch runs on a live board; drivers get an optimised, mapped view on a tablet — replacing a phone-and-paper process.

The challenge

A large regional golf and leisure club ran member courtesy-bus pickups on phone calls and paper. It was easy to lose a booking, hard to dispatch the runs efficiently, and invisible to the drivers until the last minute.

Our approach

We built online booking for members, a live dispatch board for staff, and an optimised run view for drivers on a tablet — with maps, so every pickup falls into the right order and nobody is forgotten.

The outcome

Bookings, dispatch and the drivers' view are one connected system instead of three disconnected habits. In production, running real pickups.
